DMCA Notice & Takedown Policy
Our position
Best Paid Porn Websites is a text-only review and price-comparison site. It does not host video, images beyond a small number of brand logos used to identify the operators being reviewed, or any user-submitted material.
Because of that, the volume of copyright issues here should be low, but the process below exists for the same reason it exists on any publisher's site: if something here infringes a right you hold, you should have a clear, fast way to tell us, and we should have a clear obligation to respond.
How to submit a takedown notice
If you believe material on this site infringes a copyright you own or are authorized to enforce, send a notice to thecamexpert2@proton. me with the subject line "DMCA Notice."
To be treated as a valid notice under 17 U. S. C. §512(c)(3), it needs to include: your physical or electronic signature (an emailed statement to that effect is sufficient); identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed; the specific URL(s) on this site where the allegedly infringing material appears, described with enough detail that we can locate it; your contact information — name, address, phone number, and email; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Notices missing these elements may take longer to process or may need to be returned for correction before we can act on them.
What happens after we receive a valid notice
We aim to acknowledge a complete, valid notice within a few business days and to remove or disable access to the identified material within that same window where the claim is clearly valid on its face. Given that this site publishes editorial text and a small number of brand logos rather than hosted media, most valid claims here are likely to involve a logo image or a passage of text, and are usually straightforward to resolve quickly.
Counter-notice
If material you posted or that identifies your work was removed and you believe that was done in error or as a result of misidentification, you can submit a counter-notice to the same address, thecamexpert2@proton. me, with the subject line "DMCA Counter-Notice."
A valid counter-notice under 17 U. S. C. §512(g)(3) needs your physical or electronic signature; identification of the material removed and its location before removal; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification; and your name, address, phone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if outside the US, any judicial district in which this site's operator may be found), and that you'll accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice.
Absent a further infringement claim, material subject to a valid counter-notice is typically restored within the timeframe set out in §512(g) after the counter-notice is forwarded to the original complainant.
